R3 is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Expeditionary Exploitation Unit ONE (EXU-1) Command Operational and Institutionalization Support (CO&IS) contract. This award continues R3’s longstanding partnership with EXU-1.

For more than a decade, R3 has stood alongside EXU-1 as it matured into the Navy’s premier and only deployable technical exploitation capability. Our subject matter experts have been integral to the command’s core mission: collecting, processing, exploiting, and analyzing improvised, conventional, and advanced weapons, sensor systems, critical infrastructure, and foreign materiel on land and at sea. That work delivers time-sensitive technical intelligence (TECHINT) to Operational Commanders, Combatant Commands, and the Intelligence Community. Our support has also helped institutionalize the command across the DOTMLPF-P spectrum and strengthened EXU-1’s ability to counter emerging threats and attribute hostile actions to state and non-state actors.

Over the next five years, R3 will build on this foundation, delivering operational, technical intelligence, exploitation, training, and headquarters support to EXU-1 at home and abroad. We are honored to continue serving in this role and advancing this critical mission as part of our broader support to the Intelligence and Explosive Ordnance Disposal communities.
