Since 2016, R3 has provided professional Training Program Initiative (TPI) support to the Coastal Riverine Force through dynamic Force Design and organizational changes. We have provided persistent major combat operations-focused support as the community transitioned to the Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF). From 2023-2026, our MESF Training and Readiness Professional Support Services (TRPSS) delivered a variety of Echelon IV-level policies, processes, and procedures to standardized and advance warfighting initiatives for the command and control, maritime, and ground units of action.

We are pleased to announce that R3 has been awarded the Maritime Expeditionary Security Group (MESG) ONE Force Generation Professional Support Services contract. Over the next five years we will build upon the foundational TPI and TRPSS work as we continue this longstanding partnership with MESG ONE. Our shared commitment is to enhance warfighting readiness for the effective generation and sustainment of the unique naval capabilities.
