Robert Pizzini from R3 meets with Congressman J. Randy Forbes at a Hampton Roads military advisory meeting.  Congressman Forbes’ is in his fifth full term representing the Fourth Congressional District of Virginia. He was first elected in 2001 during a special election. In the 112^th Congress, Congressman Forbes serves as the Chairman of the House Armed Services Readiness Subcommittee, including oversight of Seapower and Expeditionary Forces.   Bob Pizzini leads R3’s support to U. S. Joint Forces Command counter-IED and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Road to War preparations.   Congressman Forbes is actively involved in maintaining a robust joint Warfighting presence in Hampton Roads and JFCOM’s role in training deploying staffs in defeating IEDs is a critical component of this continuity.
