Randy Packard attends the change of command for Explosive Ordnance Disposal Expeditionary Support Unit ONE at Naval Base Coronado.  R3 supports EODESU ONE by assisting with development, execution, and administration of critical executive functions and processes.  EODESU ONE’s mission is to provide expeditionary logistics, maintenance, acquisition, and materiel management support to seven operational units.  We worked closely with EODESU ONE leadership to develop and refine administrative, logistic, training, and operational processes to ensure the highest level of readiness for supported units and personnel.

EOD Memorial Ball – 2010

Mark Sanders (R3) and COL Pat Kelly, former Commander of Iraq’s Task Force TROY Counter-IED Brigade at the 2010 EOD Memorial Ball in Fort Walton Beach, FL.  The EOD Memorial Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring the legacy of our fallen EOD Warriors by providing for maintenance and upkeep of the physical memorial at Eglin AFB, FL, funding and facilitating the annual EOD Memorial Ceremony and Ball, and providing scholarships to family members of active duty, former, retired, and fallen members of the EOD Community.

Mark Sanders (R3) and COL Pat Kelly, former Commander of Iraq’s Task Force TROY Counter-IED Brigade at the 2010 National Defense Industrial Association Global EOD Conference and Exhibition in Fort Walton Beach, FL.  The purpose of the event was to provide a public forum to discuss the utility of Army, Navy, Marine and Air Force EOD forces across the full spectrum of conflict – particularly in the areas of homeland defense, irregular warfare, stability operations, security force assistance and major combat operations.

COL Kelly delivered the keynote address at the conference relating his experience as the Commander of Task Force TROY.   R3 was honored to prepare the formal remarks for COL Kelly.
