R3 awarded prime contract with GSA

18 Dec 2011 Coronado, CA.  R3 Strategic Support Group, Inc., a Service–Disabled, Veteran–Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a prime contract by the General Services Administration (GSA) for the Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule 874.  The MOBIS program offers a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency’s performance and their endeavor in meeting mission goals. Through the MOBIS Schedule, GSA can help an organization improve performance and accomplish mission goals through the use of specialized consulting and project management services.  GSA MOBIS is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quanity (IDIQ) contract allowing R3 to propose vetted, pre-approved prices directly to the government and to allow federal agencies to purchase the services or products of particular schedule holders without an extensive competitive bid process.  The award is a 5-year base with 3 additional 5-year options for a 20 year total period of performance.

From R3’s Neil Marshall:  “We are proud to have negotiated pre-approved, fair government pricing via our MOBIS contract as an option for our current and future customers through a flexible contract mechanism with extremely low fees (0.75%) and ease of ordering.  We anticipate wide usage of this contract in the role as a prime contractor as well as alongside teaming partners in a tailored approach to solving our customers’ most difficult problems.”

Mark Sanders (R3) and Gene Squires meet with Congressman Darrell Issa (R, California 49th District) and Congressman Rick Crawford (R, Arkansas 1st District) about the service and sacrifice of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technicians and how this high-demand low-density force is critical to countering the use of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) as strategic weapons of influence. Both Congressmen previously served our nation in uniform as Army EOD technicians and are working to ensure the preservation of both capability and capacity of the joint service EOD force beyond Operations New Dawn (Iraq) and Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan).
