R3 was awarded a 5-year contract for EOD Leadership Continuum at the EOD Fleet concentration areas of San Diego and Norfolk.  The scope includes refinement of course curriculum through the capture and sharing of lessons learned and inputs and guidance from NECC, EODGRU ONE and TWO, and through the recommendations of the EODLC and Curriculum Management Working Groups. R3 will coordinate, schedule, and manage the delivery of Leadership Continuum courses as well as collect and analyze EOD Leadership Continuum course attendee demographic data and attendee and instructor critique/feedback information to include course content, scheduling and course presentation.  We will record and deliver metrics and recommendations on EOD Leadership Continuum course participants, lecturers/facilitators, and course schedule.

R3 was awarded a 5-year support contract for EODTEU ONE and EOD Expeditionary Support Unit ONE that encompasses combat shooting, boat and vehicle maintenance, equipment dispatch, Readiness and Training support, Robot and other unmanned systems technical support, emergency medical technician and other logistics support.  The work will be performed primarily in San Diego and NAWS China Lake with additional support OCONUS as required to support forward deployed units.

R3 was awarded a five-year prime contract through Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk, VA to support the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Expeditionary Support Unit ONE (EODESU-1) Dive Locker Mk-16 SCUBA Maintenance Services.

Our support will perform the maintenance of critical (DLSS) equipment at EODESU-1 Diving Division and provide scheduled and corrective maintenance on eighty-six (86) MK-16 underwater breathing apparatus (UBA) and one hundred twenty (120) SCUBA dive rigs.

EODESU-1 personnel have provided global EOD support which has impacted the unit’s ability to meet individual and detachment training. Extended, accelerated, and unplanned deployments continue to create urgent requirements in individual and detachment pre-deployment training schedules that are already competing for limited resources.

R3 will provide training and expertise to individuals and detachments in the operation and maintenance of portable and installed High Pressure Air (HPA) systems, HPA storage and delivery systems and certify personnel in the use of the Poseidon Regulator.
