R3’s senior leaders met at our new San Diego headquarters for a 3-day Leadership Onsite and Strategic Synch focused on our strategic goals and objectives, resources, and culture and values. Topics included human resources, finance, business development, leadership & management, professional & career education, employee career development & retention, and R’3 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
Our aim was to ensure we are properly positioned – both now and in the future – to support and develop our employees, and provide innovative strategic solutions to rapidly identify requirements, capture resources, and maximize readiness to accelerate our clients’ success.
