19 May 2018. R3 was a proud event sponsor for the 3rd annual Navy EOD Association Tidewater Chapter Golf Tournament at NAS Oceana Virginia.
This year’s event raised approximately $11,000 to support the 2018 East and West Coast EOD Family Day events later this year. Scott Treible and Rich Hastings (middle two) played alongside active duty EOD Technicians in a foursome with suspect score reporting.
Ken Normand, Program Manager for R3’s Explosive Risk Mitigation Division, was recognized by Mr. John Lenox, Department of Defense Explosive Safety Board’s Director of Military Operations, with a Certificate of Appreciation for his efforts to identify and mitigate munitions-related risk at Ammunition Supply Points (ASPs) in South Korea. The photo shows the international, inter-agency team that supported this effort.
