R3 is pleased to announce the award of a two-year Counter IED Program support contract with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) through NATO’s Supreme Headquarters Allied Command Transformation (ACT). R3 will be responsible for developing NATO’s Counter IED Plan and will also support the planning and execution of the C-IED Program across NATO nations, assist in establishing the processes and standards necessary to underpin a C-IED effort and integration with other relevant NATO programs, and produce actionable solutions to near, medium and long-term capability shortfalls to countering asymmetric threats. Our support includes the C-IED functional areas of Policy, Concept, Doctrine Development and Experimentation Support. We will assist with assembly of future year’s programs and the C-IED Program’s normal daily operations, experimentation events and annual training plans. R3’s Subject Matter Experts will focus in two main areas: Attacking The Network Operations and Defeating the Device. We are excited to expand our long-standing support to US Department of Defense Counter IED organizations into NATO headquarters and member nations.
