December 17, 2015. R3 was awarded a short-notice Military Tactics Instruction Support contract for Naval Construction Group ONE via the GSA MOBIS Schedule 874, now part of this new single Professional Services Schedule (PSS).

Based in Port Hueneme, the instruction support contract includes basic military methods, tactics, and heavy weapons employment for Naval Construction Group ONE and its subordinate units with field training and field exercises primarily conducted at Fort Hunter Liggett, Camp Roberts and Point Mugu, CA. R3 staff will provide classroom and field training instruction consisting of practical application in a field environment to cover course learning objectives, evaluate students, and perform range coach functions during live fire training evolutions required for weapons employment.
