Keanna Spencer is the Human Resources Manager. She has experience in strategic human resource planning and project management. Keanna’s background in staffing, federal and state law compliance, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, and negotiation enables R3 to recruit, hire, and train highly capable and motivated personnel. Her skills also include conflict resolution, training and development, and collaboration which support our geographically dispersed team across the United States and overseas. Keanna is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) applications, as well as recruiting.
Her exceptional communication with all members of R3 and extraordinary customer service enables our team to stay focused on our clients.
Keanna is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) both nationally and in the San Diego Chapter. She is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Keanna is currently obtaining her Master of Law degree in Human Resource and Employment Law from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law. Keanna currently holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management from Arizona State University.
