Joe Quinn

Joe Quinn is a member of R3’s Board of Directors.  He has an extensive career spanning over 25 years in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, accounting, capital markets, human resources, and information technology; most of which was with Aerospace and Defense companies.  Prior to joining R3 as a Board Director, he was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Arcturus UAV and led its sale to AeroVironment (NASDAQ: AVAV).

Before that, he held several positions at mid to large size, public and private Aerospace and Defense companies in roles including Executive Vice President (EVP) and CFO of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc., where he led its accounting, financial, and capital market activities including the sale of the company to an employee stock ownership plan, VP Financial Planning and Analysis at Engility Corporation (NYSE: EGL) where he was responsible for the Company’s forecasting and planning functions and supported the spin-out of Engility from L-3 Communications after having been Vice President Finance with L-3 Communications (NYSE: HRS).

Joe earned a Bachelor’s degree at the University of California San Diego and a Master of Business Administration degree from San Diego State University.
