Randy Bradford

RandyBradfordRandy Bradford retired from the United States Navy in 2008 after 24 years of service. He began his career as a Signalman serving on four combatant ships, a Naval Reserve Readiness Center as the Assistant Personnel Officer, and a Transient Personnel Unit as the Leading Chief Petty Officer (LCPO). Changing rates to Quartermaster, he accepted orders to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group One and served as the Operations LCPO for his last four years of active duty. During this tour he was responsible for all EOD Operational Planning and Scheduling tasks, and performed duties as the Group Security Manager and Anti-Terrorism Officer.

Mr. Bradford is well versed in the WEBSKED, Global Force Management and Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) systems and processes. He has mastered all facets of the Navy’s ITEMPO program and is a subject matter expert in the Navy’s Bureau of Personnel ITEMPO reporting and built the current quarterly reporting system used by all NECC forces. Through his expertise in Microsoft Excel and Access programs, he is highly skilled in database development and management.
