Rex Rousseau

Rex Rousseau is a seasoned consultant and former Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Chief Warrant Officer with more than 35 years of leadership, operational management, and federal contracting experience. He has a proven record of leading large organizations and overseeing multi‑million‑dollar DoD efforts with consistent results in demanding environments.

Rex brings expertise in business development, strategic relationship building, and mentoring, with a strong focus on helping military leaders transition into the DoD contracting environment. His experience includes aligning capabilities with customer requirements, shaping competitive proposals, and advising on practices that keep multi-year DoD contracts profitable, compliant, and well-managed. He brings this insight to the guidance he provides the R3 team.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Troy University and is a graduate of the Northwest Florida State College Leadership Institute’s 2010 Leadership Okaloosa Program.
