Contract Vehicles

Seaport-NxG
Seaport-NxG is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) vehicle that serves as the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. Seaport-NxG provides acquisition support services to a number of government organizations as an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services while also enhancing small business participation.

Under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), R3 provides streamlined, effective commercial contracting vehicle for our customers and pre-approved prices directly to the government. It allows federal agencies to purchase our services, providing direct access to simple or complex fixed-price or labor-hour professional services including facilities support, logistics, financial management, craft, vehicle and equipment maintenance, and professional training and education support. Finally, our MAS enables federal agencies to achieve congressionally mandated small business goals, of which R3’s Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Small Business caveat is included.

GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services +
R3 has been awarded the GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Vehicle Contracts (GWAC).
OASIS+ is a government-wide, multi-award vehicle that allows federal agencies to procure service-based solutions from vetted contractors under different multi-agency contracts and domains. The contract base period is for five years with the option period of five extended years.
